Andrea Elifani is an early professional focusing on research and international affairs in the field of European defence and international security. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Sapienza University of Rome and has gained experience with the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs and Finabel. During this last tenure, he focused on EU defence funding mechanisms, and military developments in UAS and space-based assets.
